1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by jt990 at jt990.io (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of jt990 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

jt990 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of adult players in Bangladesh. All monetary amounts on the Platform are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, symbol ৳) unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on jt990, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jt990 strictly enforces this age restriction. Any player who provides false information regarding their age will have their account permanently closed and any winnings will be voided and forfeited.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account registration and, where applicable, at the time of placing bets or accessing real-money game features.
• You must be the holder of a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid Bangladesh passport that can be produced for KYC verification upon request.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on jt990 or have a currently active self-exclusion request under review.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of jt990 or any of its game-content providers or payment-processing partners.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on jt990. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, any pending withdrawals being cancelled, and any bonus balances being voided.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered to you in Bangladesh. You undertake to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your jt990 account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits and withdrawals initiated, and all communications made through your account.

• Credentials: You must keep your username, password, and any OTP codes confidential at all times. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised access: If you become aware or have reasonable grounds to suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jt990 immediately by emailing [email protected]. jt990 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Accuracy of information: All personal information provided to jt990 must be accurate, complete, and up to date. jt990 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where it has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.
• Account currency: All jt990 accounts are denominated in BDT. jt990 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. If you deposit via a payment method that operates in a different denomination, the credited amount will reflect the BDT equivalent at the time of processing.

jt990 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on any account at any time, including requesting additional identification documents, source-of-funds documentation, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. KYC Identity Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification is a mandatory requirement for all jt990 accounts that access real-money features, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in bonus programmes. jt990 operates a strict KYC policy and will not process withdrawals on accounts that have not completed verification.

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to provide at minimum:

• A clear, full-colour photograph or scan of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back — or your Bangladesh passport (photo page).
• A selfie photograph holding your NID or passport beside your face, taken at the time of verification.
• Proof of the payment method used for your first deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).

jt990 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of submission during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Enhanced due diligence reviews, where required, may take up to 5 business days.

jt990 reserves the right to request updated or additional KYC documentation at any time, including in connection with large withdrawal requests, unusual account activity, or periodic compliance reviews. Accounts that fail to complete re-verification within the requested timeframe may be suspended pending resolution.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on jt990 are processed in BDT. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though jt990 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on deposits above specified thresholds.
• Supported deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and card payments via Visa and Mastercard.
• Deposits are credited to your jt990 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jt990 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to jt990's anti-money-laundering procedures.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically completed within 1–4 hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days.
• jt990 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jt990 bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by jt990's payments team before processing. jt990 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or resolution of a responsible gaming review.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jt990 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. Where the specific promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before they can be withdrawn. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds are not withdrawable.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotional terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account balance.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may not contribute to wagering requirements, or may contribute at a reduced rate. The applicable contribution rates are published in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Abuse: jt990 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, void bonus balances, and close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk staking designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; arbitrage betting across multiple accounts; or any coordinated strategy designed to extract value from bonus programmes without genuine play intent.

jt990 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at jt990's sole discretion and may not be available to all players at all times.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on jt990 are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Habanero, Play'n GO, Red Tiger, and Turbo Games. Each game operates under the rules published by the relevant studio and displayed within the game interface.

All jt990 casino games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing from a real deck conducted under camera supervision. jt990 does not modify game outcomes and does not influence the results of any game provided by its studio partners.

The following rules apply to all real-money gameplay on jt990:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Technical errors that occur before a bet is confirmed will result in the bet being voided and the stake being returned.

Players are required to play in good faith at all times. Any attempt to exploit game software bugs, system errors, or network conditions to gain an unfair advantage constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jt990 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of balances and pending withdrawals, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or making fraudulent chargeback claims.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one jt990 account, whether under your own identity or another person's identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including in poker, live table games, or sports betting syndicate schemes.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or perform actions on the Platform that would otherwise require manual input.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider for a deposit made to jt990, except where jt990 has failed to process a refund within a reasonable period following a valid refund request submitted through official support channels.
• Money laundering: Using jt990 accounts to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring their origin. jt990 will report suspected money laundering activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Abuse of staff: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jt990 support staff or other players on any jt990 communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

jt990 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to those players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jt990 account holders:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when set and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: You may configure automatic session time reminders that notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period your account will be inaccessible for real-money play.
• Self-exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from jt990 at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in permanent closure of your account. Excluded players will not receive any marketing communications from jt990.

jt990 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy through mandatory KYC verification. Underage gambling is a serious issue that jt990 works actively to prevent. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings voided, and deposited funds returned to the originating payment account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jt990 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of jt990 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from jt990.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use jt990's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by jt990.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.

Game content displayed on jt990 remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios. jt990 operates as a platform licensee and does not claim ownership of any third-party game content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jt990 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service provided through it.

jt990's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jt990 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Without limiting the foregoing, jt990 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, network outages, or device malfunctions on your side.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that was subsequently corrected.

Nothing in these Terms limits jt990's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Amendments and Termination

jt990 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, jt990 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of jt990 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

jt990 may terminate or suspend your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• jt990 has reason to believe you are engaging in fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• jt990 is required to do so by law or by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.

Upon termination of your account by jt990 for cause, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within 10 business days, provided no outstanding investigation is pending. Where an investigation is ongoing, funds may be held pending resolution.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after any outstanding wagering requirements are resolved.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which jt990 operates. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
